The wine region of Chablais is located in the region of Vaud of Switzerland. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Clos du Châtelard or the Domaine Henri Badoux produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Chablais are Chasselas, Pinot noir and Gamay noir, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. This variety of vine is characterized by small bunches, and grapes of small size. The white Arvine can be found cultivated in these vineyards: Savoie & Bugey, Rhône valley, Languedoc & Roussillon, South-West.
