The wine region of Mallorca is located in the region of Iles Baléares of Spain. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Ànima Negra or the Domaine Bodega Ribas produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Mallorca are Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot and Manto negro, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
