Signature fresh rosés on red fruits and flowers. Mineral racy whites of Bourboulenc, Clairette, Grenache Blanc and Roussanne (white fruits, flowers). Only historical Rhône appellation in all 3 colours.

Star of Bandol AOC as a single variety and pillar of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas and Costières blends. Also in GSM in Languedoc and Australia. A late-ripening variety of Spanish origin (Mataró/Monastrell).
