The Ca'Viola estate is located in one of the most picturesque villages in Italy, Barolo, renowned for its exquisite vineyards. The estate stretches over eight hectares of lush lands, which are skillfully used for growing Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, Barbera, and Moscato Bianco, four of the region's most prestigious grape varieties. Created by the enologist Giuseppe "Beppe" Caviola, the Ca'Viola estate is recognized for its merger of winemaking traditions and innovation. Often nicknamed the "poet winemaker", Beppe Caviola established this estate from scratch in 1991. Since then, he has tirelessly worked to produce Piedmont wines of the highest quality, marked by their elegance, structure and ageing potential. A highlight of the estate is its commitment to an eco-friendly approach. Ca'Viola uses sustainable viticulture practices, including the careful use of insecticides and pesticides only when strictly necessary, optimizing the water cycle, minimizing soil treatment and promoting biodiversity. Visiting the Ca'Viola estate is a true immersion into the world of Italian wine. Visitors can enjoy a guided tour of the vineyards to better understand the winemaking process, from the moment the grape is picked until it is transformed into wine. The crowning moment of the visit is undoubtedly the tasting at the cellar, where each wine can be savoured in the authentic atmosphere of the estate. Each wine is a tribute to the various facets of the Piedmont terroir - rich, complex, yet always authentic. Not only are the wines of the Ca'Viola estate refined and delectable, but they also have a story to tell.
