The Firriato Estate is a jewel nestled in the beautiful landscape of Sicily, Italy. This winery, renowned for its exceptionally high-quality wines and its respect for the natural Sicilian ecosystem, is a perfect blend of authenticity, passion, and innovation. Located in the province of Trapani, the estate stretches over more than 300 hectares. Its picturesque setting ranges from terraced vineyards surrounded by mountains to the azure coast of the island of Favignana. The Firriato Estate offers a broad spectrum of microclimates and terroirs, enabling the production of an impressive array of wines. Firriato is known for its biodynamic production, allowing nature to take its course and using the earth's resources in a sustainable manner. The promoter of this eco-responsible management is the owner Salvatore Di Gaetano, who has invested time and resources to make Firriato a true icon of sustainable viticulture. From the robust and spicy Nero d'Avola, to the floral and refreshing Grillo, through to the vibrant Carricante and sweet Cataratto.
