The family business is distinguished by its production of quality wines and its environmentally friendly farming practices. The company owns a large plot of land in which the main grape variety produced is Chardonnay. Domaine Fouassier relies on ancestral methods to produce quality wines. All vinification operations are carried out in a traditional wine cellar, equipped with all the necessary equipment to create unique wines, such as temperature-controlled cellars and stainless steel vats.
