Sangiovese signature in red (≥50%): ruby robe, elegant cherry, raspberry, plum and floral-spice notes, fine tannins and freshness. Canaiolo, Trebbiano Toscano and Ciliegiolo as complements. The Torgiano Rosso Riserva DOCG (1990), with superb ageing, is the emblem of Lungarotti (Rubesco).
