Pascal Jolivet Estate is located in the wine region of Sancerre, in France. Dating back to the 18th century, this winemaking establishment has a rich history of producing quality wines and incomparable terroirs. The estate owns nearly 17 hectares of vineyards, the majority of which are situated at the base of the Sancerre hills. The estate produces a variety of white and red wines, some of which are obtained from the 'pinot noir' and 'sauvignon blanc' grape varieties. Most of the vineyards are based on drained soils, mingled with pebbles, carved out by rivers. The soils have a mineral content that gives the wines unique flavors. The grape varieties from which the wines produced at Pascal Jolivet Estate are derived are grown without chemical fertilizers or pesticides, only with organic products. The vines are hand pruned and the harvests are handpicked. Pascal Jolivet Cellar is dedicated to producing quality wines of different varieties, among which are the Dry Sauvignon Blanc and red or white fruity wines with unique aromas. When its wines are matured, they are slowly ripened in oak barrels to enhance and enrich their aromas and flavors. At times, certain wines are blended with younger wines to create a more complex profile and taste. Pascal Jolivet Estate is known for its high quality and its wines often win awards at international competitions. Estate visitors can not only enjoy the quality of its wines but also the surrounding environment, with its verdant hillsides and spectacular views.
