Pascal Jolivet Estate is located in the wine region of Sancerre, in France. Dating back to the 18th century, this winemaking establishment has a rich history of producing quality wines and incomparable terroirs. The estate owns nearly 17 hectares of vineyards, the majority of which are situated at the base of the Sancerre hills. The estate produces a variety of white and red wines, some of which are obtained from the 'pinot noir' and 'sauvignon blanc' grape varieties. The vines are hand pruned and the harvests are handpicked. Pascal Jolivet Cellar is dedicated to producing quality wines of different varieties, among which are the Dry Sauvignon Blanc and red or white fruity wines with unique aromas. When its wines are matured, they are slowly ripened in oak barrels to enhance and enrich their aromas and flavors.
