Loire AOC on the Loir river (~120 ha, ~2,000 hl, full south-facing slope protected by the Bercé forest, Turonian tuffeau, flinty clay soils): exclusive Chenin Blanc in white — fruity then floral notes, characteristic flint more or less marked by vintage, tense freshness and mineral tension, dry, off-dry and sweet, acclaimed as one of France's finest dry whites, exceptional longevity over several decades.
