The Monte Tondo Estate is a family-owned vineyard located in the heart of the iconic wine region of Soave, Italy. This estate has a long history of winemaking that spans several generations. Nestled in the gentle hills of Soave, the Monte Tondo estate spans 25 hectares of vineyards, showcasing the rich diversity of the Roman terroir. The estate is run by the Magnabosco family, who have dedicated their lives to vine cultivation and the production of exceptional wines. Indeed, the Monte Tondo Estate is the result of passionate work that began in 1963 by the grandfather, and continued with the father and currently the daughter, Marta Magnabosco. She is the one currently managing the estate, bringing her dedication and attention to detail that make Monte Tondo's wines so special. The estate is known for its excellent Soave wines, which are primarily grown from native Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grape varieties. They are respected for their ability to express the richness of the volcanic soil in which they are grown, resulting in wines with a depth of flavor and exceptional longevity. The unique beak of the Soave region, which alternates between volcanic and calcareous soils, contributes even more to the unique character of Monte Tondo wines. In addition to producing high-quality Soave wines, the Monte Tondo estate is also engaged in the production of Valpolicella, Amarone and Recioto.
