Convivial, accessible sparklers from the Grasparossa (the fleshiest and most tannic), Salamino (balanced), Sorbara (pale and floral with red fruits) and Maestri varieties: ruby colour, lively foam, signature notes of cherry, raspberry, violet and flowers, fresh acidity.
