IGP in northern Gard on the foothills of the Cévennes massif: signature Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Cinsault as fruity elegant reds with notes of cherry, raspberry, blackberry, altitude garrigue, spices and a peppery touch, signature balance preserved by the freshness of the relief.
