The Bobinet Estate is a vineyard located in Saumur, France. It has been producing red, white, and rosé wines, as well as sparkling wines, for over a decade. The Bobinet family heads the estate, part of a long line of winemakers who have always produced remarkable wines. The unique terroir of Saumur is ideal for vine growing, and the Bobinet Estate is built on a slope of rolled pebbles that limit runoff and provide the vine with a good amount of drainage. The soil is rich in magnesium and has a basic composition with a variety of limestone and sandy soils. The estate sources different local grape varieties, such as Cabernet Franc, Chenin Blanc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are carefully selected, vinified according to the traditional process, and raised in new barrels. Red, white, and rosé wines, as well as sparkling wines, are produced at Bobinet Estate. The red wines are primarily composed of Cabernet Franc and Côt, which produce balanced, structured and mineral wines. The white wines are characterized by floral and fruity aromas, a suppleness and minerality, and are mainly composed of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay. The rosé wines are light and fruity. The medals and awards won by the estate's wines demonstrate the quality and aesthetic art behind each bottle, distinguishing the Bobinet Estate as a place not to be missed for all wine lovers.
