Established in 1910, this family-owned estate, now in its fourth generation, is led by Elise Gaillard, a passionate winemaker. The name of the estate is a tribute to her grandmother Solange, nicknamed Sol, and her grandfather Payré. It is a true example of French winemaking tradition, combining modern viticulture science with traditional methods that have been perfected over the years. Each grape variety is carefully grown and harvested to produce a variety of wines, from complex and robust reds to fresh and bright whites, as well as elegant and fruity rosés. The vineyard is particularly respectful of nature and the environment.
