The Tupinier-Bautista Estate, located in the Côte Chalonnaise wine region in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, offers visitors and wine enthusiasts unique experiences and varied dialogues through its range of wines produced from its three vineyard plots. The estate produces eight different cuvées, which are the product of the clay-limestone soils of the plots and the reasoned practices encouraged by the owners. The vineyards of Domaine Tupinier-Bautista are located on the immediate outskirts of the villages of Montagny, Faverolles and Givry. These vineyards are rich in varied terroirs, which are thousands of years old and different in each plot. They offer clay-limestone soils constantly nourished by the addition of limy marls, enhanced by small windows of silica. The vines are kept in a natural state, and the plots are pruned and maintained to offer sunny grapes and grapes that have reached their point of maturity. The estate produces cuvées such as the Montagny 1er Cru Reserve, the Givry "Clos de la Butte" and the Givry 1er Cru "Blanc des Noirs", vintage cuvées, and special cuvées such as the Givry Grand Amour and the Faverolles Nature. The cuvées are subtle blends of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Gamay that are vinified in an ancestral way and without chemicals. The Côte Chalonnaise is a wine-growing region in the department of Saône-et-Loire in Burgundy, eastern France. It is composed of five key communes, separated from each other by only a few kilometres. From North to South, they are: Bouzeron, Rully, Mercurey, Givry and Montagny. It takes its name from the commune of Chalon-sur-Saône.
