The Domaine Willm, located in the region of Alsace in France, is a well-established family vineyard with a long history and a deep passion for the art of viticulture. The Willm family established their vineyards in the 17th century, developing their expertise in winemaking and quality production. Domaine Willm produces authentic wines in respect of regional traditions and is known for its unique terroir and innovative winemaking techniques. Winemakers operate many old vines that are present on the estate's territory. Most of the wines come from these historic vineyards, but the estate also offers modern grape varieties and interesting wines from new vines planted on the Territory. The winemakers only use natural methods to cultivate their vines and wines, using the product of the land to nourish the vines and cultivate purer and more complex wines. The winemakers manually work the grapes and allow them to macerate in wooden vats to produce superior quality wines. Domaine Willm produces white, rose, and red wines as well as sparkling and fizzy wines, all with a unique texture and strength. Discovering the wine region of Alsace

Alsace, located in the extreme north-east of France, is Distinguished from other French wine regions by its strong Franco-Germanic influences. These influences are the result of a back-and-forth between the German and French sovereignties over the last few centuries. They can be seen not only in the architecture and culture of Alsace, but also in the wines. Alsace wines are produced under three main appellations: Alsace and Alsace Grand Cru for still white wines (Sweet and Dry), and Crémant d'Alsace for Sparkling wines.

Almost all the wines produced in this region fall under one of these three appellations. Alsace Grand Cru wines are produced from one of the 51 privileged vineyards spread along the Length of the region. Alsace is the only French wine region to produce significant quantities of Riesling and Gewurztraminer. These two grape varieties are more commonly associated with German wines and are reminiscent of Alsace's history.

White muscat is a white grape variety of Greek origin. Present in several Mediterranean vineyards, it has several synonyms such as muscat de Die, muscat blanc and frontignac.
