The Château de Caraguilhes, which spans over 34 hectares, was built in 1864 by Pierre Cazaud. The architectural style is typical of ancient French vineyards and perfectly blends in the rural landscape. The estate is renowned for its well-balanced wines. Thanks to alternative practices and rational management of inputs, the estate strives to maintain sustainable production while offering customers aromatic and powerful wines. The wines produced by the Château de Caraguilhes are red, white and rosé ranges that reflect the Mediterranean style. The representatives of this estate are the Carignan grape variety, which is one of the oldest, and the Mourvèdre grape variety which performs best here. A cellar-store is built on site to store the wines for as long as possible. There is also a courtyard at the Château and a tree-covered terrace that visitors are sure to like.
