The soil at the foot of the hill is made up of clay and limestone sands and offers an ideal environment for the different varieties planted on the estate. Domaine Boeckel is certified organic and produces wines of exceptional quality, subtly combining traditional flavors and modernity. Several varieties are produced, including Gewurztraminer, Muscat, Chardonnay, Chasselas, Pinot Gris and Riesling. The vineyard is cared for and maintained regularly, and the maturation of the grapes is controlled while respecting traditions. The estate also offers guided tours in the vineyards, the cellars, the local markets, and the vineyard, to discover the production methods and the wines produced.
