The wine region of Ormeasco di Pornassio is located in the region of Ligurie of Italy. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Azienda Vitivinicola Guglierame or the Domaine Tenuta Maffone produce mainly wines red and pink. On the nose of Ormeasco di Pornassio often reveals types of flavors of earth, oak or red fruit and sometimes also flavors of non oak, spices or black fruit. In the mouth of Ormeasco di Pornassio is a powerful with a lot of tannins present in the mouth.
We currently count 19 estates and châteaux in the of Ormeasco di Pornassio, producing 37 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Ormeasco di Pornassio go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, pasta or lamb.
