The wine region of Coteaux du Libron is located in the region of Pays d'Oc of Vin de Pays of France. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Charles Delatour or the Domaine Lionel Dufour produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Coteaux du Libron are Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot and Viognier, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Coteaux du Libron often reveals types of flavors of tree fruit, black fruit or cheese and sometimes also flavors of earthy, cherry or floral.
In the mouth of Coteaux du Libron is a powerful with a nice balance between acidity and tannins. We currently count 16 estates and châteaux in the of Coteaux du Libron, producing 32 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Coteaux du Libron go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, pasta or veal.

This variety of grape is characterized by medium to large bunches, and grapes of medium size. Grenache noir can be found in many vineyards: South West, Cognac, Bordeaux, Provence & Corsica, Languedoc & Roussillon, Rhone Valley, Loire Valley, Savoie & Bugey, Beaujolais.
