The Josmeyer Estate is a renowned family-run operation located in the Alsatian vineyards. It was founded in 1949 by Albert Josmeyer and has always been managed by the family since then. The fourth generation continues to cultivate the family passion. The estate is located in Wintzenheim, in Alsace, at the foot of the Northern Vosges. The lands surrounding the estate are the place where multiple grape varieties are grown and led in the vineyards, such as Riesling and Gewurztraminer, as well as less commonly grown grape varieties like Pinot Blanc, Sylvaner and Pinot Noir. The winemakers carefully follow each vine and grape variety, giving birth to complex wines rich in terroir. The family's goal is to promote Alsatian traditions by producing top-quality wines. Being strongly attached to its roots, the Josmeyer Estate works towards environmental protection, land conservation and the health of plants and animals living on their estate. All wines from the Josmeyer Estate are crafted from classic Alsatian grape varieties and traditional winemaking methods. With its 35 years of experience and the passion of its winemakers, the Josmeyer Estate produces a complex wine that reflects their love for Alsace as well as the products associated with it.
