Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Eubea or the Domaine Vigneti del Vulture produce mainly wines red, sparkling and white. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Aglianico del Vulture are Aglianico et Primitivo, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Aglianico del Vulture often reveals types of flavors of cream, white pepper or clove and sometimes also flavors of mocha, jam or violet.
