The Enderle & Moll estate is a renowned winery located in the picturesque region of Baden, Germany. Founded in 2007 by two passionate winemakers, Sven Enderle and Florian Moll, this estate revolutionized the German wine world by pushing the boundaries of traditional viticulture and emphasizing natural and minimalist methods. Covering an area of 5 hectares, the Enderle & Moll estate is nestled in the beautiful Elz valley, offering a temperate climate, ideal for vineyards. The vines are maintained with the utmost care, without the use of chemical products. The estate's main production is Pinot Noir, followed by smaller parts of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Muscat. The wines are all made according to natural winemaking practices, including spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts.
