The Juillot-Theulot Estate is located in Côte Chalonnaise, in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. It has 178 hectares of land distributed in more than 40 places, some plots having exceptional yields that have been recorded in the Burgundy wine register. The Juillot-Theulot Estate implements environmentally friendly farming methods and fights against the use of pesticides, taking advantage of natural conditions and resorting to a rational management of soils. The oldest vines are maintained with high supports and only biological fungicides are applied to the crops in consideration of the vineyard landscape. The entire vineyard is overseen by the French Wine Council and specializes in the cultivation and production of the finest red and white wines from Côte Chalonnaise. The Juillot-Theulot Estate produces wines from white grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Melon de Bourgogne, Aligoté, Auxerrois, Pinot Gris, and Muscadelle; and red grape varieties such as Pinot Noir, Gamay, César, and Gamaret. The cellars are built in the spirit of historical cellars and traditional methods are respected. Maturation and aging take place on-site and modern technologies are used to optimize the quality of the wines produced. The winemakers at the estate are proud to be able to offer high-quality wines with rich and complex aromas, obtained thanks to respect for the land and the excellence of the Juillot-Theulot Estate's winemaking methods.

The Côte Chalonnaise is a wine-growing region in the department of Saône-et-Loire in Burgundy, eastern France. It is composed of five key communes, separated from each other by only a few kilometres. From North to South, they are: Bouzeron, Rully, Mercurey, Givry and Montagny. It takes its name from the commune of Chalon-sur-Saône.
