The wine region of Cream Sherry is located in the region of Jerez-Xérès-Sherry of Andalousie of Spain. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Bodegas Tradición or the Domaine Hidalgo (La Gitana) produce mainly wines natural sweet. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Cream Sherry are Chenin blanc, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Cream Sherry often reveals types of flavors of butterscotch, cheese or tropical fruit and sometimes also flavors of citrus fruit, vegetal or black fruit.
