The wine region of Mont Caume is located in the region of Méditerranée of Vin de Pays of France. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Les Luquettes or the Château Salettes produce mainly wines red, pink and white. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Mont Caume are Mourvèdre, Clairette and Rolle, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. Scapegrace to build £13m distillery in Central Otago
The Scapegrace team claims it will be New Zealand’s largest ever distillery when it is fully completed in October 2023. It will eventually produce all of Scapegrace’s award-winning gins and vodkas, along with its soon-to-be-released single malt whisky.
