The wine region of Bourgogne Vézelay is located in the region of Chablis of Burgundy of France. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine La Croix Montjoie or the Domaine de la Cadette produce mainly wines white and red. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Bourgogne Vézelay are Chardonnay et Pinot noir, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Bourgogne Vézelay often reveals types of flavors of apples, tropical fruit or cheese and sometimes also flavors of lime, grapefruit or red fruit.
