Vinified as light, gulpable reds (Bardolino DOC, Valpolicella DOC), powerful and concentrated through appassimento (Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG) and sweet (Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG). An autochthonous Venetian variety from Lake Garda and the Valpolicella.
