The wine region of Dolcetto d'Acqui is located in the region of Piémont of Italy. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Scarpa or the Domaine Banfi produce mainly wines red and sparkling. On the nose of Dolcetto d'Acqui often reveals types of flavors of microbio, earth or oak and sometimes also flavors of spices, red fruit or non oak. In the mouth of Dolcetto d'Acqui is a powerful with a lot of tannins present in the mouth.
We currently count 23 estates and châteaux in the of Dolcetto d'Acqui, producing 31 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Dolcetto d'Acqui go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, pasta or lamb.
