The William Fèvre Estate, located in Chablis, France, is the oldest family-run wine house in the town. Founded by William Fèvre in 1750, this family business has now passed to the third generation. The vineyard spans 45 hectares in Chablis, as well as the neighboring villages of Beines and Chichée. Each plot of vines is carefully maintained, and at every step of the wine production the style is taken into account. The preparation stages include selecting the finest grapes, a thoughtful blending of varieties, along with meticulous practice and modern techniques. Chablis is a historic town and wine region in NorthCentralFrance. It produces light, Dry white wines, renowned for their minerality and lively Acidity.
