Silky signature Sankt Laurent in red (cherry, raspberry, undergrowth, fine tannins) and Pinot Noir in the south on the Steinfeld gravels. Also light, floral Müller-Thurgau (Riesling-Sylvaner), lively, lemony native Räuschling, ample Pinot Gris.
