Distinctive alpine profile. Considered extinct until its recent rediscovery, grown by a handful of passionate winemakers in Lavaux for niche cuvées. Riserva oak-aged versions, denser Superiore, sweet fortified Liquoroso. Spanish origin (Crown of Aragon).
