The wine region of Saint-Aubin is located in the region of Côte de Beaune of Burgundy of France. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey or the Domaine Gérard Thomas produce mainly wines white, red and sparkling. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Saint-Aubin are Chardonnay, Pinot noir and Aligoté, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
