The Chantal Lescure Estate, located in the Côte de Beaune, has belonged to the Rougeot family since the 19th century. This 10-hectare vineyard is primarily known for its white wines. The vineyard is mainly composed of vines located in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune appellations and partially in Côte de Beaune, as well as very varied terroirs. The wines from the Chantal Lescure estate are produced from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varieties for white and red wines. A part of the production is vinified in oak barrels, using traditional processes such as aging under wood or shaping to improve their quality and taste. The wines are also bottled on the property. Their range of white wines is renowned and boasts very high-level vintages, such as Le Gran Monarque, Le Terministe, La Diva and Eolysse. These wines are known for their refined aromatic intensity and complex flavors. Exceptional red wines are also produced by the estate, notably the Corton Grand Cru appellation and several lower quality wines. The Chantal Lescure Estate offers guided tours to discover their vineyards, their historic buildings, and their wine production. They also organize events throughout the year to share their passion for wine with visitors. The Chantal Lescure Estate is an award-winning and respected vineyard that combines age-old ancestral know-how with modern methods to produce superior quality wines that measure up to their reputation. Both the white and red wines are a true delight for the most discerning palates and provide a unique opportunity to experience the excellence of the Côte de Beaune wine region.
