Nestled in the extreme Southeast of the country, it is bordered by Andalusia to the west, Castilla-La Mancha to the North, Valencia to the east and the Mediterranean Sea to the south. In the traditional method, the operation aims to bring the deposits against the cork by the movement of the bottles placed on desks. The stirring can be manual or mechanical (using gyropalettes).
