Structured, aromatic dry whites with a pale golden robe, an ample palate and moderate acidity, with signature aromas of citrus (lemon), white-fleshed fruits (pear, apple), white flowers and mineral notes. Brings body and structure to blends. A traditional component of Vinho Verde DOC (Portugal) and Rías Baixas DO (Galicia), blended with Alvarinho/Albariño and Loureiro. Autochthonous Portuguese and Galician variety, identical to Treixadura.

Largest AVA of New Jersey, south-east of the state on draining sandy soils. Temperate climate moderated by the Atlantic and Delaware Bay. Signature Bordeaux varieties and hybrids. Firm Cabernet Sauvignon (blackcurrant, cedar, spices), peppery Cabernet Franc (bell pepper, raspberry), supple Merlot.

Firm Cabernet Sauvignon reds with signature notes of blackcurrant, black cherry, cedar and tobacco. Peppery Cabernet Franc, round Merlot (plum, cocoa).
