Valle de Ica Lies in the Ica province of Peru. It is one of five centres of Grapegrowing within the Protected Designation of Origin for Pisco production, and often appears on labels. There are around 85 producers in the area. As in other zones, Vineyards dedicated for Pisco are most often planted to members of the Muscat family of grape varieties.

Bordeaux 2021 harvest was 20% below 10-year average following spring frosts
The Conseil Interprofessionnel du Vin de Bordeaux (CIVB) revealed that the Bordeaux 2021 vintage was 20% below the region’s 10-year average. Daou Family Estates in Paso Robles expands to Tuscany
The new Daou Family estate has yet to be named but the purchase includes 70 hectares of land and an old farmhouse called Coroglie. Next month, the Daou brothers will plant 20 hectares of vines focusing on Bordeaux varietals Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Cape Mentelle winery to be acquired by Endeavour Group
Endeavour Group announced it has signed an agreement with Moët Hennessy, the wine and spirits arm of French luxury goods giant LVMH, to acquire Cape Mentelle. A fee wasn’t disclosed.
