Discovering the wine region of Bajo Aragón

The wine region of Bajo Aragón is located in the region of Aragon of Spain. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Tempore or the Domaine Tempore produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Bajo Aragón are Tempranillo, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Merlot, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Bajo Aragón often reveals types of flavors of vanilla, cedar or tree fruit and sometimes also flavors of vegetal, black plum or microbio.

In the mouth of Bajo Aragón is a powerful with a nice balance between acidity and tannins. We currently count 20 estates and châteaux in the of Bajo Aragón, producing 69 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture. The wines of Bajo Aragón go well with generally quite well with dishes of beef, pasta or lamb.
