Greek island AOP of the Dodecanese (ungrafted vines, phylloxera absent): Athiri the white signature (≥70% with Malagousia and Assyrtiko) — dry, fresh and mineral profile with citrus (lemon blossom), pineapple, peach, melon, gentle balance. Mandilaria (local Amorgiano) the red signature (≥70% with Mavrothiriko) — intense colour, aggressive tannins, high acidity, rustic character.
