Lively and fruity sparkling reds with a clear ruby robe and pink foam, soft tannins and a lively effervescent palate with well-marked acidity, signature aromas of red fruits (cherry, strawberry), violet and floral notes. Greek island AOP of the Dodecanese (ungrafted vines, phylloxera absent): Athiri the white signature (≥70% with Malagousia and Assyrtiko) — dry, fresh and mineral profile with citrus (lemon blossom), pineapple, peach, melon, gentle balance. Mandilaria (local Amorgiano) the red signature (≥70% with Mavrothiriko) — intense colour, aggressive tannins, high acidity, rustic character. Sparkling wines since 2011, low yields with intense aromas.
