Historic Black Sea wine peninsula with centuries-old imperial tradition. Recognised speciality: Iberian-style fortified and sweet wines (Massandra, founded by Nicholas II in 1894), with signature notes of dried fruit, candied apricot, honey, walnut and caramel, exceptional long cellaring.
