Tinta Negra (Grenache × Pinot Noir hybrid, 80% of the vineyard) as the signature solar red: ripe red fruits, cherry, plum and spicy touch, rounded tannins. Sercial (crisp), Verdelho (mineral), Bual (round) and Malvasia (opulent) as historic white signatures: citrus, dried fruits and a saline-iodine touch. Singular island authenticity.
