Structured, aromatic whites with a round palate and fresh acidity, with aromas of fresh almond, white flowers, yellow apple, pear, citrus and volcanic mineral notes. Typical bitter almond finish. Made as noble dry whites (Soave Classico DOC, Soave Superiore DOCG) and sumptuous passito dessert wines (Recioto di Soave DOCG). Also in Gambellara DOC. The wine region of Lombardia

Three poles. Franciacorta DOCG, Italy's answer to Champagne: elegant brioche traditional-method sparklers (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc), fine bubble and mineral profile. Alpine Valtellina: Nebbiolo (alias Chiavennasca) with fine tannins and red fruits, powerful Sforzato passito. Oltrepò Pavese: fresh Pinot Noir and fruity-sparkling Bonarda.

The word of the wine: Lyon pot

A 46 cl bottle with a thick bottom, typical of the Lyon region, especially used to serve Beaujolais wines drawn from the barrel.
