Light, fresh reds with a clear robe, supple tannins and a tender mouth, featuring aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, rose, peony and soft spices. The absolute pillar of Provençal rosés (Côtes de Provence AOC, Bandol rosé) to which it brings finesse and freshness, also a component of GSM blends in Côtes-du-Rhône and Languedoc. The wine region of Vin de France

The freest category of French wine, the playground of winemakers working outside the AOC. All styles combined: fruity reds, lively or ambitious whites, everyday rosés, unusual blends, natural wines, atypical grapes (Petit Manseng in Languedoc, Riesling in Provence), experimental winemaking (skin-contact whites, no sulphur). Grape and vintage labelling allowed, no geographic constraint. From the pop, convivial cuvée to the artisan gem: freedom in a bottle.

The word of the wine: Shipping (liquor)

In champagne and wines made according to the traditional method, wine is added before corking to fill the void in the bottle created by disgorging. This added wine is often sweetened by sugar incorporated in variable proportions according to the style of wine sought (see dosage). Syn.: liqueur de dosage.
