Yet Garnacha dominates: fleshy, sun-soaked reds with signature notes of candied red fruit (cherry, raspberry), spices, pepper, garrigue and balsamic notes, round tannins and opulence. Many old vines. Also dense, tannic Cariñena (Mazuelo), supple Tempranillo.
