Highest sub-region (500-600 m) of the Adelaide Hills (South Australia), the cradle of modern cool-climate winemaking since 1979: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are the signatures in conditions comparable to Champagne. Taut, lemony and mineral Chardonnay, magnificent in traditional method sparkling. Pinot Noir perfumed with cherries and raspberries, vibrant acidity.
