The wine region of Larissa is located in the region of Thessalia of Greece. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine GK Wines or the Domaine ΟΙΚΟΓΕΝΕΙΑ ΑΛΑΤΑ produce mainly wines red and white. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Larissa are Pinot noir et Gewurztraminer, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. We currently count 3 estates and châteaux in the of Larissa, producing 3 different wines in conventional, organic and biodynamic agriculture.
The wines of Larissa go well with generally quite well with dishes of veal, pork or game (deer, venison).
