The wine region of Markopoulo is located in the region of Attiki of Continental Greece of Greece. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Papagiannakos or the Domaine Papagiannakos produce mainly wines white, red and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Markopoulo are Savatiano, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Assyrtiko, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
