The wine region of Mâcon-Vergisson is located in the region of Mâcon of Burgundy of France. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Barraud or the Domaine Saumaize-Michelin produce mainly wines white and red. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Mâcon-Vergisson are Chardonnay et Pinot noir, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety. On the nose of Mâcon-Vergisson often reveals types of flavors of cream, tree fruit or yellow apple and sometimes also flavors of nectarine, melon or honey.
