Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Sipp Mack or the Cave Vinicole de Hunawihr produce mainly wines white and red. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Alsace Grand Cru 'Rosacker' are Riesling, Gewurztraminer and Pinot gris, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
